一、陶瓷涂层的特性最常用的陶瓷材料是单一的氧化物,如氧化铅(Al_2O_3),氧化铬(Cr_2O_3),氧化钛(TiO_2),氧化锆(ZrO_2)等。也有采用单一氧化物的混合陶瓷材料,如Al_2O_3+3%TiO_2、Al_2O_3+13%TiO_2、Al_2O_3+3%Cr_2O_3等作为涂层材料。陶瓷材料具有熔点高、导热系数低、化学性能稳定等特点。上述特点决定了它所制备的涂层具有硬度高、耐磨损、耐高温、耐化学介质腐蚀和耐绝缘等多功能特性。在宇航、国防、化工、石油等部门中陶瓷涂层有着广泛的应用前景。
