探讨了三聚氰胺用量、反应温度、反应时间、pH值对三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛共缩聚树脂胶黏剂性能的影响。结果表明:在三聚氰胺用量为30%,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为40min,pH值为5.5时合成的胶黏剂性能优良。
The effects of melamine dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time and pH value on the properties of melamine-urea-formaldehyde co-condensation resin adhesive were discussed. The results showed that the performance of the adhesive was excellent when the content of melamine was 30%, the reaction temperature was 90 ℃, the reaction time was 40 min and the pH value was 5.5.
