In 1983, the United States used transgenic technology to obtain the first transgenic crop - transgenic tobacco. In 1994, the United States achieved the first case of transgenic plants - delayed commercialization of mature, genetically modified tomatoes. Subsequently, genetically modified crops in some countries like the United States, Argentina and gradually promote China also grow a small amount of genetically modified crops. At present, the listing of genetically modified foods has reached thousands of species. Genetically modified foods will give us great benefits, but there are many risks and negative effects. As a result, the research on the ethical issues of genetically modified foods has become a hot topic in academia.
