目的 :观察口服萍芷片对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉组织中炎性细胞浸润情况的影响。方法 :将 80例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者随机分为 2组 :萍芷片组和对照组 ,每组 4 0例。萍芷片组术前口服萍芷片 ,连服 30d ;对照组术前未作任何治疗。将两组所取得的鼻息肉组织标本分别进行苏木精 伊红染色和免疫组化染色 ,显微镜下观察炎性细胞浸润情况。结果 :萍芷片组鼻息肉组织中CD 11b +、CD7+阳性细胞的浸润数明显减少 ,与对照组比较 ,差异有极显著性意义 (均 P <0 .0 1) ,基质水肿减轻 ;而CD 19+阳性细胞浸润数与对照组比较 ,差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :口服萍芷片可影响慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉组织中炎性细胞的浸润程度 ,有局部抗炎作用
Objective: To observe the effect of oral Pingzhi tablet on inflammatory cell infiltration in chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods: Eighty patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were randomly divided into two groups: Pingzhi group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Pingzhi tablets preoperative oral Pingzhi tablets, even for 30d; control group without any preoperative treatment. The nasal polyps tissue samples obtained from the two groups were respectively subjected to hematoxylin and eosin staining and immunohistochemical staining, and inflammatory cell infiltration was observed under a microscope. Results: The numbers of CD11b + and CD7 + positive cells in nasal polyps of Pingzhi tablet group decreased significantly compared with the control group (all P <0.01), and the matrix edema decreased There were no significant differences in the number of 19+ positive cell infiltration compared with the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Oral Pingzhi tablets can affect the degree of infiltration of inflammatory cells in chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, with local anti-inflammatory effects
