影响大学生学习成长的因素是多元的,概括起来可分智力因素(又称智商IQ)和非智力因素(又称情商EQ)两个方面。有效开发大学生智力因素,有的放矢地培养和配置有利于他们健康成长的非智力因素,正确处理大学生智力因素和非智力因素之间的关系,从而达到教育教学的目的,这既是一个重大的理论课题,又是应试教育向素质教育转轨的迫切需要。
Factors that affect the growth of college students’ learning are diverse, and can be summed up in two aspects: intellectual factors (also known as IQ IQ) and non-intelligence factors (also known as emotional intelligence EQ). It is not only an important theoretical issue to effectively develop the intellectual factors of undergraduates and to purposely cultivate and allocate the non-intellectual factors that are conducive to their healthy growth and correctly handle the relationship between the intellectual and non-intellectual factors of undergraduates in order to achieve the goal of education and teaching. It is also the urgent need of transition from exam-oriented education to quality-oriented education.
