侦查运动中的“己”与“彼”比较研究侦查与犯罪是一种联动行为 ,侦查是与犯罪作斗争的重要手段 ,是侦查机关和侦查人员与犯罪和犯罪分子的一种较量 ,其斗争的双方是侦查机关、侦查人员———“己” ,和犯罪、犯罪分子———“彼”。“己”与“彼”是互为对立的双方 ,从侦查角度来讲 ,对“己”与“彼”双方情况把握程度是决定侦查工作成败的首要因素和前提条件。 Reconnaissance and crime are a kind of linkage behavior between investigation of “self” and “he” in reconnaissance movement.
