目的:比较大剂量使用二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病与二甲双胍联合α-糖苷酶抑制剂的临床疗效。方法:选取112例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均给予常规的治疗,在此基础上,对照组使用盐酸二甲双胍片(2片/次,3次/日)进行治疗,治疗组给予盐酸二甲双胍片(1片/次,3次/日)和阿卡波糖(2片/次,3次/日)进行治疗。两组患者均连续治疗8周。考察两组患者的临床疗效,患者治疗前、后主要生理指标变化及不良反应等。结果:经治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率94.6%,与对照组71.4%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的FPG、2hPPG及HbA1c与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善程度明显与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善程度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:α-糖苷酶抑制剂联合盐酸二甲双胍用于治疗2型糖尿病,可显著改善患者的主要生理指标,提高临床疗效,且不良反应较少,具有较大的临床借鉴意义。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the clinical efficacy of metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and metformin combined with α-glucosidase inhibitors. Methods: A total of 112 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Both groups were given routine treatment. On the basis of this, the control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets (2 tablets / time, 3 times / day) The treatment group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets (1 tablet / time, 3 times / day) and acarbose (2 tablets / time, 3 times / day). Two groups of patients were treated for 8 weeks. To investigate the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients before and after treatment, the main physiological changes and adverse reactions. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.6%, which was significantly different from that of the control group (71.4%, P <0.05). There was statistical difference between the two groups in FPG, 2hPPG and HbA1c (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C in the treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The degree of improvement in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in adverse reactions (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of α-glucosidase inhibitor and metformin hydrochloride for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the main physiological indexes of patients and improve the clinical curative effect with less adverse reactions, which has great clinical significance.
