湿式强磁选机是目前国内外用于处理弱磁性铁矿石的主要设备。从七十年代末期起,我国酒钢、武钢等所属选矿厂开始采用ShP湿式强磁选机处理难选矿石。为了进一步提高该机的选矿指标,获得优质铁精矿。本文围绕对选别有重大影响的选别介质——齿板,研究了齿状形式与磁场强度、梯度及其分布的关系,探讨了不同形式齿板对分选的影响,提出了比较理想的齿板形式,供生产厂矿选用。
