研究双极性脉冲电源的阴、阳极占空比对6061铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜层的组成、结构、形貌及耐蚀性的影响。研究发现,阴、阳极占空比da/dc对膜层的组成、形貌、耐蚀性及生长过程均有明显的影响。da+dc<1时,成膜层速率缓慢;膜层的表面粗糙度和莫来石所占比例随阴、阳极占空比da/dc的增大而增大;da/dc比值过大或过小均不利于获得致密性良好的MAO膜层以提高其耐蚀性能;若da/dc≠1,阳极电压在微弧放电第三阶段出现明显的跃升突变现象
