目的探讨外固定架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法2007年11月-2012年5月共收治的骨折患者22例（骨折23例次）。AO／ASIF分型包括C1型9例、C2型12例和∞型2例。桡骨克氏针固定10例，螺钉固定1例；临近尺骨下段骨折钢板内固定术1例。结果术后随访4～40个月。术前尺偏角为-5°～10°，掌倾角为～20°～20°；术后尺偏角为10°～25°，掌倾角为8°～17°。腕关节疗效按Dienst功能标准评定：优15例
