用c-fos基因探针原位杂交法,在γ-羟丁酸诱发的大鼠失神性癫痫持续发作模型上,对丘脑fos基因表达的分布进行了研究。结果:失神性癫痫发作后10min,双侧丘脑室旁核内可见到少量c-fos阳性细胞核;30min时,fos基因阳性标记大量分布于外侧缰核、室旁核、菱形核和丘脑板内核群。结果提示:外侧缰核及丘脑中线和板内核群极可能涉及失神性癫痫发作的病理生理机制。
The distribution of fos gene in the thalamus was studied by in situ hybridization with c-fos gene probe in a model of sustained seizures induced by γ-hydroxybutyric acid in rats. Results: A small amount of c-fos positive nuclei could be seen in bilateral paravertebral paraventricular nucleus 10 min after the onset of seizures. At 30 min, the positive staining of fos gene was distributed mainly in lateral habenular nucleus, paraventricular nucleus, rhombic nucleus and thalamic nuclei . The results suggest that: lateral habenular nucleus and thalamic midline and platelet nucleus most likely involve dementia seizures pathophysiological mechanisms.
