采用LAK细胞／nIL－2（天然白细胞介素2）加卡介苗（BCG）膀胱灌注（A组）．并以单纯预防表浅膀胱癌复发用BCG（B组）进行对照。结果：A组20例，随访14～38个月，平均28个月，复发率5％（1／20）；B组14例，随访14～28个月，平均23.4个月，复发率21％（3／14）。两组比较差异有显著意义。治疗后A组外周血NK细胞活性、CD3、CD4以及CD3／CD8比值均较治疗前明显增高（P＜0．05），同时也高于B组。提示：LAK细胞／nIL－2加BCG膀胱灌注能显著提高细胞免疫功能，是一种较理想的预防表浅膀胱癌术后复发的方法。
Intravesical instillation of LAK cells / nIL-2 (natural interleukin 2) plus BCG (group BCG) was used (group A). The control group was treated with BCG alone (B group) to prevent the recurrence of superficial bladder cancer. Results: In group A, 20 cases were followed up for 14 to 38 months with an average of 28 months, the recurrence rate was 5% (1/20). In group B, 14 cases were followed up for 14 to 28 months with an average of 23.4 months, with a recurrence rate of 21% (3/14). The difference between the two groups was significant. After treatment, the NK cell activity, CD3, CD4 and CD3 / CD8 ratio in peripheral blood of group A were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05), and also higher than that of group B. Tip: LAK / nIL-2 plus BCG bladder infusion can significantly improve cellular immune function, is a more ideal method to prevent postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer.
