甲酸体系下,研究了微波超声作用对纤维素水解率及选择性的影响;优化反应条件;并将微波超声与微波、超声进行比较;同时对微波超声条件下提高其转化率做了进一步探索。结果表明在微波超声下,70℃反应0.5h效果最佳,在此条件下,纤维素的转化率为18.3%,还原糖的选择性为80%;要想进一步提高纤维素的水解转化率,关键是促进纤维素晶区到非晶区的转化。
Formic acid system, the influence of ultrasonic wave on the hydrolysis rate and selectivity of cellulose was studied, the reaction conditions were optimized, the microwaves were compared with those of microwaves and ultrasound, and the conversion of microwaves under microwave irradiation was further explored. The results showed that under the condition of microwave ultrasonic wave, reaction at 70 ℃ for 0.5h was the best. Under these conditions, the conversion of cellulose was 18.3% and the selectivity of reducing sugar was 80%. To further improve the hydrolytic conversion of cellulose, The key is to promote the conversion of cellulose crystalline zone to amorphous zone.
