为研究桃核周围的光场分布特性,采用激光与机器视觉技术,以类似医用CT的逐层切削法,用Matlab处理图像进行结果分析。当入射光强度足够大时,桃核会对其内部组织中的前向透射光和后向散射光的分布造成影响,越靠近桃核,其光强越强。经过图像处理与数据分析后,可初步认定果核在透射式光谱分析法中所起到的作用是削弱入射光的强度,即果核的存在降低了透射光的信号强度。水果内部组织的光场分布受到果核的影响,而且在桃核附近组织中,不论是纵向还是横向的灰度曲线都符合高斯分布。该结果从光学角度为利用激光图像法来实现水果内部品质的无损检测提供参考。
In order to study the distribution of light field around the peach nucleus, laser and machine vision technology were used to analyze the results by using the layer-by-layer cutting method similar to medical CT. When the intensity of the incident light is large enough, the peach nucleus will affect the distribution of the forward transmitted light and the backscattered light in its internal tissues. The closer the peach kernel is, the stronger its light intensity is. After image processing and data analysis, it can be preliminarily determined that the role of nuclear in transmission spectral analysis is to weaken the intensity of incident light, that is, the existence of a nuclear core reduces the signal intensity of transmitted light. The distribution of light field inside the fruit is affected by the fruit nucleus, and in the tissue adjacent to the nucleus, both the vertical and horizontal grayscale curves conform to the Gaussian distribution. The results from the optical point of view for the use of laser image method to achieve non-destructive testing of fruit quality to provide a reference.
