随着我国社会主义市场经济体系的不断地完善和成熟,市场竞争的激烈程度与日俱增。人力资源要素对于企业的发展壮大所起的作用越来越大。越来越成为企业实现自身战略发展目标的关键因素。到目前为止,人力资源管理工作已经逐步成为了企业管理工作的核心内容。本文阐述了我国人力资源管理控制的内涵和主要模式,分析了影响人力资源管控的主要因素,对于人力资源管理模式和所有制类型之间的关系进行了系统的分析。
As China’s socialist market economy system continues to improve and mature, the fierce market competition is increasing. The role of human resources plays an increasingly important role in the development and expansion of enterprises. More and more become a key factor for enterprises to achieve their own strategic development goals. So far, human resources management has gradually become the core content of corporate management. This paper elaborates the connotation and main mode of human resource management control in our country, analyzes the main factors that affect the management and control of human resources, and systematically analyzes the relationship between human resource management modes and ownership types.
