因温度变化,国产2米平面光栅摄谱仪引起离焦现象。研究了调焦值(F)与温度T的关系,用回归方法导出调焦值(F)与温度的相关关系为F=18.14-0.145T。用此公式可以准确找出温度变化时的最佳调焦值。结果表明,摄谱仪壳体热胀冷缩和球面反射镜因温度变化而引起曲率半径的变化是引起离焦的主要原因。
Due to temperature changes, domestic 2 meter plane grating spectrometer caused defocus phenomenon. The relationship between the focusing value (F) and the temperature T was studied, and the correlation between the focusing value (F) and the temperature was derived by the regression method as F = 18.14-0.145T. Use this formula to find the best focus for temperature changes. The results show that the change of curvature radius caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of the spectrograph shell and the spherical mirror due to temperature changes are the main causes of the out-of-focus.
