针对某地铁车站制动电阻柜室内烟感器受热变形现象进行了分析。通过发热量分析和通风计算发现,多次车辆制动时该房间顶部出现持续时间超过20s的局部高温的情况,此现象是直接导致烟感器受热变形的原因。说明了常规自然通风计算是无法预计局部高温现象的,设计者应给予充分重视。
Aiming at the thermal deformation of the smoke sensor in the brake resistance cabinet of a metro station, the phenomenon of heat distortion was analyzed. Through the calorific value analysis and ventilation calculation, it is found that the top of the room has a local high temperature lasting more than 20s when the vehicle is braked several times, which is the direct cause of the thermal deformation of the smoke sensor. It shows that the conventional natural ventilation calculation can not predict the local high temperature phenomenon, and the designer should pay enough attention to it.
