目的了解某石化动力厂职业病危害现况。方法对某石化动力厂作业环境进行调查;对动力厂807人(暴露组)、港口分部671人(对照组)进行职业健康检查及调查分析。结果动力厂存在多个噪声、粉尘、高温超标点;动力厂370名噪声接触者,检出听力下降29人,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论某石化动力厂存在多种较严重职业病危害,其中接触人数最多、危害最严重的是噪声因素。 Objective To understand the status of occupational diseases in a petrochemical power plant. Methods The operating environment of a petrochemical power plant was investigated. Occupational health examination and investigation of 807 power plants (exposed group) and 671 harbor ports (control group) were carried out. Results There were several noise, dust and high-temperature over-standard point in power plant. There were 29 hearing loss in 370 power plant contactors. There was significant difference (P <0.01) compared with control group. Conclusion There is a variety of serious occupational hazards in a petrochemical power plant. Among them, the number of contacts is the most, and the most serious is the noise factor.
