文中对纳米尺度的固体悬浮颗粒对泡状池沸腾换热的影响进行了实验研究 ,固体颗粒为粒径 0 .0 0 16mm的黄沙和 2 8nm的三氧化二铝粉末。实验分析了悬浮颗粒的沸腾特性 ,并讨论了颗粒大小、颗粒浓度对换热的影响。实验结果表明 ,在池沸腾条件下加入纳米尺度的固体颗粒能够有效的强化换热 ,强化效果与固体颗粒的大小及颗粒密度有关。
In this paper, the experimental study on the influence of nanosize solid suspended particles on bubbling pool boiling heat transfer was conducted. The solid particles were yellow sand with particle size of 0.016 mm and aluminum oxide powder with 28 nm. The boiling characteristics of suspended particles were analyzed experimentally and the effects of particle size and particle concentration on heat transfer were discussed. The experimental results show that adding nanoscale solid particles under the condition of pool boiling can effectively enhance the heat transfer, and the strengthening effect is related to the solid particle size and particle density.
