近代武汉工业中的管理体制最初是以清末张之洞所创办的军事和民用工业中所使用的衙门式的管理模式为代表,工头制在其中大行其道。民国建立之后,利润的刺激和轰轰烈烈的“实业救国”思潮推动着武汉地区民营棉纺织业的发展,它们从一开始就避免重蹈官营工业的覆辙,摒弃政企不分的管理模式和陈腐落后的作风,但却无一例外地保留了工头制,对工头制的改革并不是一蹴而就的,其演进的过程对于今天企业的改革也是具有借鉴意义的。
The management system in the modern Wuhan industry was originally represented by the Yamen-style management model used in the military and civilian industries founded by Zhang Zhidong in the late Qing Dynasty. After the founding of the Republic of China, the stimulation of profits and the vigorous “Industrial Salvation” trend promoted the development of private cotton textile industry in Wuhan. From the very beginning, they avoided repeating the mistakes made by the government-run industries and abandoning the management model that the government and enterprises are not divided And the backward and tardy style, but without exception, the foreman system is retained. The reform of the foreman system is not accomplished in a single step. The process of its evolution is also of reference to the reform of today’s enterprises.
