目的对结直肠癌根治术在腹腔镜下的临床治疗效果以及胃肠功能的影响进行分析、总结和观察。方法以近1年(2014年6月~2015年6月)在我院接受治疗的90例结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,并将其依据手术方式随机分为实验组和对照组,各45例,其中实验组患者均为采用腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术治疗,而对照组患者则均为采取传统的开腹手术进行治疗;对比两组患者的临床治疗效果以及胃肠功能的影响。结果实验组患者的出血量、住院时间等数据明显低于对照组;实验组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、进食时间也明显短于对照组且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术相对于传统开腹治疗有术中出血量少、创伤小、恢复快等特点,此外对胃肠功能影响较小,适合在临床上广泛使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic treatment of colorectal carcinoma and its effect on gastrointestinal function, summarize and observe. Methods Ninety patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the operation method, The patients in the experimental group were treated by laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer, while the control group were treated by traditional laparotomy. The clinical effects and gastrointestinal function were compared between the two groups. Results The data of blood loss and hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The recovery time of bowel sounds, exhausting time and feeding time in the experimental group were also significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions Laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer has the advantages of less blood loss, less trauma and faster recovery than conventional laparotomy. In addition, it has less effect on gastrointestinal function and is suitable for clinical use.
