目的通过山羊下颌骨牵张成骨实验动物模型,验证自行设计开发的内置式三焦点牵张器的成骨效果。方法采用普通级实验用成年山羊6只,取羊自身双侧下颌骨做对照,采用按照国际牵张器标准自行设计加工的内置式三焦点牵张器,牵张固定期结束后处死取下颌骨样本,进行X线影像学和组织学检查。结果成功建立内置式三焦点牵张成骨动物模型。大体标本观察表明,在牵张间隙形成了很好的骨组织,牵张间隙达到了预期的长度。组织形态学检查结果显示:骨缺损处已被修复,组织学HE染色可见骨小梁按牵张方向排列,成骨细胞活跃。结论自行设计的内置式三焦点牵张器,制作简便,易于控制,可以稳定成骨,效果好,具有临床推广应用价值,对进一步临床应用研究有重要的基础作用。
Objective To verify the osteogenesis effect of the built-in triple focus distractor designed and developed by goat mandibular distraction osteogenesis experiment animal model. Methods Six adult goats were used in the general experiment. The bilateral mandibles of the sheep were taken as the control. The built-in triple-focus distractor was designed and manufactured according to the international distractor standard. Samples, X-ray and histological examination. Results The built-in triple-focus distraction osteogenesis model was successfully established. The gross specimen observation showed that good bone tissue was formed at the stretch clearance and the stretch gap reached the expected length. Histomorphological examination showed that the bone defects had been repaired. Histological HE staining showed that the trabeculae were arranged in the direction of stretch and the osteoblasts were active. Conclusion The self-designed triple focus distractor is simple, easy to control and easy to control. It can stabilize the osteogenesis and has good effect. It has the value of clinical popularization and application, and plays an important role in further clinical application.
