论述了流过天然气孔板流量计的天然气从流态偏离定常流的那一刻起,计量值就开始逐渐偏小,造成计量负偏差,并且随着天然气流态偏离定常流程度越大,这种计量负偏差也随之增大。从而推导出在影响天然气计量的因素里,无论是管路中存在阻流件还是其组合,导致的结果必然是流体流态偏离定常流,从而造成天然气计量值出现负偏差。阻流件种类和组合形式只是通过影响天然气流态影响孔板流量计计量。因此造成的最终结果都是使孔板流量计计量值偏小,只是程度不同。还提出了现场确定孔板流量计流态偏离的方法。
