本文以四边形平面壳体单元的有限元法建立了玻壳有限元计算的模型,并应用SAP5中四边形平面壳体单元的计算程序,对某厂56cm 彩色显像管玻壳应力进行了计算与分析,指出了玻壳体最大拉应力和压应力的部位,为进一步改进玻壳体的结构设计提供了参考依据。
In this paper, the finite element method of the tetragonal planar shell element is used to establish the model of the finite element method of the glass bulb. The stress of the glass bulb of a 56 cm color picture tube is calculated and analyzed by using the calculation program of quadrilateral planar shell element in SAP5. The maximum tensile stress and compressive stress of the glass shell parts provide a reference for further improving the structural design of the glass shell.
