探讨不同品系黄芩表型性状的差异与相关性。比较了14个黄芩品系的10个地上部性状和6个根部性状,并运用SPSS 17.0统计软件对数据进行方差分析、相关分析和主成分分析。结果表明不同品系黄芩的表型性状变异十分丰富,多样本方差分析显示F为3.169~71.58,差异显著,参比品系中性状表现最优良的是15号。相关分析显示,除侧根数、根粗、根长外,其余性状之间均存在显著相关性,芦头直径与根鲜重存在极显著性相关,相关系数高达0.877。主成分分析表明黄芩单株整体产量和根粗可作为优良品种选育的综合参考指标。不同品系黄芩的主要表型性状存在显著差异及相关性,可为黄芩品系的性状特征区分、评价及优良品种选育提供理论依据。
To explore the differences and correlations of phenotypic traits in different strains of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. The ten shoots and six root traits of 14 Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were compared, and the data were analyzed by ANOVA, correlation analysis and principal component analysis using SPSS 17.0 statistical software. The results showed that the different strains of Scutellaria variant phenotypes are very rich, multiple sample ANOVA showed F was 3.169 ~ 71.58, significant difference, the reference line in the traits of the best performance is 15. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between other traits except lateral root number, root diameter and root length. The correlation coefficient was as high as 0.877. Principal component analysis showed that the overall yield and root thickness of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi could be used as a comprehensive reference index for selection of elite varieties. The main phenotypic traits of different strains of Scutellaria there is a significant difference and correlation can be traits Scutellaria character traits, evaluation and selection of superior breeds provide a theoretical basis.
