目的研究过氧化碳酰胺的最佳合成工艺。方法采用正交试验进行优选,考察物料比、反应温度和反应时间等因素的影响,确定最佳合成工艺条件。结果最佳工艺条件是:尿素-双氧水(1:1),反应温度35℃,反应时间1 h。结论所选工艺路线稳定,反应条件易控,产品纯度高,适合工业化生产。
Objective To study the best synthesis of peroxydicarbonamide. Methods Orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the effects of factors such as material ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time, and the optimum synthesis conditions were determined. Results The optimum conditions were: urea - hydrogen peroxide (1: 1), reaction temperature 35 ℃, reaction time 1 h. Conclusion The selected process is stable, the reaction conditions are easy to control, the product is of high purity and suitable for industrial production.
