从教育学视角出发,采用运动生物力学测量方法和基本原理,对板球快速投球最后用力阶段技术的特征及要点进行探索,并建立其运动生物力学观察模型,为有效地学习与传授快速投球技术提供参考。结果:1)最后用力阶段技术可划分为右脚支撑、双脚支撑以及左脚支撑三个时段;2)揭示了在最后用力阶段技术中人体重心与板球的运动特点;3)探索了在最后用力阶段技术中人体主要关节的运动强度、运动顺序以及运动方式,归纳出该过程中人体主要关节的运动特点;4)构建了若干个最后用力阶段技术的运动学指标,反映最后用力阶段的技术要点;5)构建了最后用力阶段技术的运动生物力学观察模型。
From the perspective of pedagogy, using the measurement method and basic principle of sports biomechanics, this paper explores the features and key points of the final force stage technique of fast throwing cricket and establishes its observational model of sports biomechanics. In order to effectively learn and impart rapid pitching techniques for reference. Results: 1) The technique of the last exertion phase can be divided into three periods: right foot support, double foot support and left foot support. 2) The human body center of gravity and cricket movement characteristics in the last stage of force technique are revealed. 3) Lastly, the kinematic strength, movement order and movement pattern of the main joint in the force stage technique are summarized, and the movement characteristics of the main joints in the human body are summed up. 4) Several kinematic indexes of the last force stage technique are constructed, Technical points; 5) to build the last stage of force biomechanical observation model.
