目的：确认增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）免疫组化染色在星形细胞瘤的分级和预后估计中的作用。方法：对６７例星形细胞瘤行Ｓ－Ｐ免疫组化染色，比较星形细胞瘤中ＰＣＮＡ标记指数（ＬＩ）。结果：２７例Ⅰ、Ⅱ级病例中ＰＣＮＡＬＩ为８．３％，４０例Ⅲ、Ⅳ级病例中ＰＣＮＡＬＩ为１９．３％，存在显著性差异。４５例随访病人中生存期＞２年者平均ＰＣＮＡＬＩ为６．５％，生存期＜２年者平均ＰＣＮＡＬＩ为２１．３％，存在显著性差异。结论：ＰＣＮＡＬＩ在星形细胞瘤的分级和预后估计中有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To confirm the role of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) immunohistochemical staining in the estimation of grade and prognosis of astrocytoma. METHODS: S-P immunohistochemical staining was performed on 67 astrocytomas and the PCNA labeling index (LI) in astrocytomas was compared. Results: PCNALI was 8.3% in 27 cases of grade I and II, and PCNALI was 19.3% in 40 cases of grade III and IV. There was a significant difference. The mean PCNALI was 6.5% in survival patients >2 years in 45 patients followed up, and the average PCNALI was 21.3% in survival patients <2 years. There was a significant difference. Conclusion: PCNALI has important significance in the grading and prognosis estimation of astrocytomas.
