近年来,电子商务发展迅速.研究者从消费者的个体因素(年龄、性别、受教育水平、收入、网络经验、网络购物经验及人格因素)、现实环境因素(家人、朋友、文化)和网络环境因素(虚拟社区)三方面入手,探讨了消费者网络购买行为的影响因素.未来的研究需要建立起全面的影响因素模型,更加关注影响发生的心理机制和网络购物行为的本土化研究.“,”The e-commerce has developed rapidly in recent years.Researchers explored the influencing factors which affected consumer's online shopping behavior,including consumer's individual factors(age,gender,education level,income,Internet experience,online shopping experience and personality factors),real environmental factors(family,friends,culture) and the Internet environmental factors(virtual community).Future studies need to establish a comprehensive model of the influencing factors,and give more attention to the psychological mechanisms and localization of the influencing factors.
