目的:优选牛舌草中总黄酮的超声提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮提取率为指标,采用单因素试验考察料液比、乙醇体积分数、超声温度和时间对提取工艺的影响,利用响应曲面法中心组合设计优选牛舌草中总黄酮的提取工艺参数。结果:最佳超声提取工艺条件为加20倍量70%乙醇于60℃超声提取20 min,总黄酮平均提取率3.92%。结论:总黄酮类化合物提取的实测值与响应面拟合方程的预测值符合良好,优选的提取工艺稳定可行,可推广于大生产应用。
Objective: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids in Methods: Based on the extraction rate of total flavonoids, single factor experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of solid-liquid ratio, ethanol volume fraction, ultrasonic temperature and time on the extraction process, and the response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process parameter. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were ultrasonic extraction of 20 times 70% ethanol at 60 ℃ for 20 min, the average extraction rate of total flavonoids was 3.92%. Conclusion: The results of total flavonoids extraction and response surface fitting equation of the predictive value in good agreement, the preferred extraction process is stable and feasible and can be extended to large-scale production and application.
