VIMS4.0是国家海事局为加强行业管理、严肃船舶检验执法,在对船舶检验证书格式进行修订的基础上推行出来的软件系统。对该系统及其在非水网地方船检中的应用所面临的一些具体问题进行了分析并提出建议。 VIMS4.0 is a software system introduced by the State Maritime Safety Administration based on the revision of the ship inspection certificate format in order to strengthen the management of the industry and serious ship inspection and law enforcement.
