为了研究我国主要产煤烟煤润湿特征,探究其所含无机矿物与煤尘润湿性之间的定量关系,选取具有代表性的2种煤质共8个煤样进行煤质灰分测定和液固界面动态接触角滴液系统测定实验,借助NICOLET-380傅立叶变换红外光谱仪和D/max2500PC型X-射线衍射仪,对样品煤尘表面主要含Si矿物代表基团特征和含量进行分析.结果表明:煤中无机物相组成特征是煤灰分增强烟煤润湿性的根本原因,即无机矿物中以石英为代表的原生矿物是提高煤尘亲水能力的最主要因素,其自身含量与润湿接触角呈线性关系,相关系数达0.855 68.
In order to study the wetting characteristics of the major coal-producing bituminous coal in China, and to explore the quantitative relationship between the inorganic minerals contained therein and the wettability of coal dust, a total of 8 coal samples from two coal types were selected for coal ash determination and liquid Solid interface dynamic contact angle dropping system measurement experiment, with NICOLET-380 Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and D / max2500PC X-ray diffraction instrument on the surface of coal dust samples containing mainly Si mineral representative group characteristics and content analysis results show : The characteristic of inorganic phase composition in coal is the fundamental reason why coal ash enhances the wettability of bituminous coal. The primary minerals represented by quartz in inorganic minerals are the most important factors to improve the hydrophilic ability of coal dust. The angle is linear with a correlation coefficient of 0.855 68.
