针对钣金件冲压成形后会出现起皱、拉裂等各种缺陷问题,基于Dynaform软件,以汽车纵梁为研究对象对其进行冲压成形仿真。结果表明,通过设置拉延筋的方式来控制各部位材料流动的速度能显著改善零件的成形质量。
Aiming at various defects such as wrinkle and cracking after sheet metal stamping, Dynaform software was used to simulate the automobile longitudinal beam as the research object. The results show that by setting the drawbead method to control the speed of material flow in various parts can significantly improve the forming quality of the part.
