上海铁路局南翔机务段所属的3台GY4-18型锅炉离心引风机,自投运以来,都不同程度地出现过异常振动的现象,为研究设备的状态劣化趋势和故障源的定位,并以此为基础确定维修的日期和内容,进行了以下测试工作。 1.3号炉引风机主要参数 3号炉引风机由交流电动机驱动,电机与风机通过弹性柱销联轴器联接,风机采用刚性基础,支撑为悬臂式(图1)。引风机型号GY4-18,全压3960Pa,流量13000m3/h,转速1450r/min,功率22kW,前后轴承型号分别为3616(位于测点1处)、316(位于测点2处),配用电机型号180L-4,转速1470r/min,功率
Three GY4-18 boiler centrifugal induced draft fans belonging to Nanxiang Locomotive Depot of Shanghai Railway Bureau have experienced abnormal vibration to varying degrees since they were put into operation.
