近年来,铁路站前工程现场的不安全因素影响了施工企业效益的提高,也是铁路施工企业不能吸引高素质人才的主要原因之一。安全管理具有系统性、连续性等特点,本文将全面质量管理的PDCA循环模式应用于安全管理,探讨了施工总承包企业安全管理的新方法及操作过程,借以降低安全事故率,增加效益。 In recent years, the unsafe factors at the railway station engineering site have affected the improvement of construction enterprises’ efficiency, and also become one of the main reasons why railway construction enterprises can not attract highly qualified personnel. The safety management is systematic and continuous. In this paper, the PDCA cycle mode of total quality management is applied to safety management. The new method and operation process of safety management of general contracting enterprises are discussed to reduce the safety accident rate and increase the benefits.
