建立一个粪便中蛋白质含量的测定方法,并进行应用。采用考马斯亮蓝G-250染色法对粪便中蛋白质含量进行测定,轮状病毒(RV)感染腹泻婴儿作为应用对象,以F/t,P<0.05有统计学意义;结果表明,工作曲线在0~100.0μg之间呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.994 5,显色在10 min~20 min稳定,精密度高,重现性良好,回收率达到98.06%,患儿粪便中蛋白质含量水平为7.042 mg/g明显低于健康婴儿18.163 mg/g(P<0.05)。考马斯亮蓝法简单、迅速、准确,是测定粪便中蛋白质含量的有效方法,并为轮状病毒感染腹泻婴儿的营养配方提供参考。
