采用外源性胆固醇和高脂饲料建立鹌鹑动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型,观察葛根-丹参(1∶1)组方配伍对模型动物脂质代谢、肝脏系数及载脂蛋白Apo-A1,ApoB指标等的影响。结果葛根-丹参组方配伍水提物在7.5 g·kg-1和葛根-丹参组方配伍乙酸乙酯部位在2.5~7.5 g·kg-1剂量下,能明显或部分降低AS模型鹌鹑血清TC,TG,LDL-C和VLDL-C的含量,升高HDLC的含量;降低鹌鹑的肝脏质量和肝脏系数及模型动物ApoB的含量,升高ApoA1的含量,纠正Apo-A 1/ApoB的异常,表明葛根-丹参组方配伍能明显调节脂质代谢的紊乱,该作用可能是葛根-丹参组方配伍抗动脉粥样硬化发生发展的药理学基础。
