随着我国研究生教育的培养方向从学术型逐渐向应用型的转变,全日制专业硕士的教育规模不断扩大。以北京林业大学为例,通过对在读应用统计专业硕士调查显示,北京林业大学应用统计专业硕士培养方向是正确的,培养体系是可行的,但同时也存在着专业硕士的专业水平参差不齐、实践类课程资源不足、实践教学效果不佳等问题。针对这些问题,提出了改革建议:首先明确应用统计专业硕士的培养目标;其次,建立多学科融合的动态化的课程结构体系;第三,加强互动式的教学;第四,加强校企联合培养。完善后的应用统计专业硕士培养体系提升了教学效果,使专业硕士具备了数据分析、数据挖掘、林业经济分析等领域的专业知识和技能,达到了企业对人才专业技能的要求,有效地提升了专业硕士的培养质量。同时,多学科融合的课程体系、互动教学以及校企联合培养也极大地提升了研究生培养的质量。
With the gradual transformation of our postgraduate education from academic to applied type, the educational scale of full-time professional masters has been continuously expanded. Taking Beijing Forestry University as an example, a master’s degree survey of applied reading statistics shows that it is feasible to cultivate a master’s degree in applied statistics in Beijing Forestry University, and it is feasible to train a system. In order to solve these problems, we put forward suggestions for the reform. First, we must explicitly apply the training goal of master of statistics. Secondly, we should establish a dynamic multi-disciplinary curriculum structure system. Third, we should strengthen interactive teaching. Fourthly, . After the improvement of applied statistics professional master training system to enhance the teaching effectiveness, so that professional master with data analysis, data mining, forestry economic analysis and other fields of professional knowledge and skills, to achieve the enterprise personnel professional skills requirements, effectively enhance Professional master’s training quality. At the same time, multi-disciplinary curriculum system integration, interactive teaching and school-enterprise joint training also greatly enhance the quality of graduate education.
