选择富集汞能力较强的棕榈为实验植物 ,采用不同的暴露方式进行 5 8天试验 ,观察其叶、茎、根中汞含量变化情况。结果表明 :暴露在汞污染空气中的植物 ,其叶片成为吸汞的主要部位 ,随着时间的延长而不断蓄积 ,然后不断地输送到植物的其他部位。各部位对汞的吸收量呈叶 >茎 >根 ,其比值为16 13∶5 94∶1。从暴露棕榈叶向封闭叶、茎、根的转移率分别为 7 5 0 %、4 5 5 %、2 84%。
Fifty-eight days of experiment were conducted using different methods of exposure to choose the palm with stronger mercury enrichment ability to observe the change of mercury content in leaves, stems and roots. The results showed that the leaves of plants exposed to mercury polluted by air were the major sites for mercury absorption, accumulating with the passage of time, and were continuously transported to other parts of the plant. The amount of mercury absorbed by each part was leaf> stem> root, with a ratio of 16: 1: 94: 1. The rates of transfer from exposed leaves to closed leaves, stems and roots were 75.0%, 45.5% and 284%, respectively.
