介绍了新开发的多产低碳烯烃高堆积密度催化剂RAG 7的特征。该催化剂采用经改性的高岭土制备的半合成载体 ,用金属氧化物改性的超稳分子筛做活性组份。不仅具有较强的重油裂化能力、适当的二次裂化反应深度及氢转移活性 ,还具有良好的水热稳定性 ,堆积密度为 0 .78~ 0 .80g/mL。在ARGG装置的工业应用结果表明、丙烯产率达 10 .3 0 % ,液化石油气产率达 3 0 %
The characteristics of newly developed multi-productive low-carbon olefin high bulk density catalyst RAG 7 are introduced. The catalyst is prepared by using a modified kaolin semi-synthetic carrier, with metal oxide modified ultra-stable molecular sieve as the active component. Not only has a strong ability of heavy oil cracking, the appropriate secondary cracking reaction depth and hydrogen transfer activity, but also has good hydrothermal stability, bulk density of 0.78 ~ 0.80g / mL. The industrial application results at the ARGG plant show that propylene yields reached 10.30% and liquefied petroleum gas production rates reached 30%
