在计划经济大环境下,国有企业发展势头良好,但随着我国经济的发展,国有企业面临的经济问题越发突显,每年都会有国有企业被兼并、破产或者重组。相关研究表明,影响国有企业健康发展的首要问题是人力资源管理问题,因此,国有企业要想获得健康稳定发展,首要任务是完善企业人力资源管理体制。本文探讨国有企业人才管理体制改革,旨在不断提高国有企业人才管理水平,促进国有企业健康发展。
Under the planned economic environment, state-owned enterprises have enjoyed a good momentum of development. However, with the development of China’s economy, the economic problems facing state-owned enterprises have become increasingly prominent. Every year, state-owned enterprises are annexed, bankrupted or reorganized. Relevant studies show that the primary problem affecting the sound development of state-owned enterprises is the issue of human resources management. Therefore, in order to achieve sound and stable development, state-owned enterprises must first improve their human resources management system. This article explores the reform of talent management system in state-owned enterprises, aiming to continuously improve the management level of talent in state-owned enterprises and promote the sound development of state-owned enterprises.
