CT灌注成像是对比剂经静脉团注入后,连续快速扫描选定层面的检验手段,作为一种功能成像,CT灌注成像可以早期发现急性脑梗死,通过分析时间-密度曲线,反映脑局部的血流动力学改变,判定半暗带,进而判断脑梗死演变,为脑梗死的诊治以及预后提供很好的影像学依据。本文主要介绍了CT灌注成像原理及检测方法,因为急性缺血性脑血管病的主要病因病机为脑血流量的低灌注导致的,CT灌注成像可精确反映脑血流灌注的基本状况,探讨CT灌注成像对于急性脑梗死的早诊断,对于早期治疗和疾病的预后均是至关重要的,具有广阔的临床应用前景。

This article mainly introduces the CT perfusion imaging principle and detection method. Because the main etiopathogenesis of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease is caused by low perfusion of cerebral blood flow, CT perfusion imaging can accurately reflect the basic situation of cerebral perfusion. CT perfusion imaging for the early diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction, for the early treatment and prognosis of the disease are crucial, with broad clinical application prospects.
