本文阐述了近年来随微处理机的问世而日益发展、崛起的分布式计算机系统。着重介绍并探讨了一种树型结构的分布式计算机系统。它被誉为由八十年代技术构筑的、由多个微处理机按树型结构组织的高效通用计算机系统。采用一种称为x树的树型结构作为研究模型。介绍了多微处理机间的通讯网络,即高速的、字节并行的通讯链路。在树型结构中每一结点由一个功能较强的微处理机、一个开关网络及一个专用的通讯控制器构成。还讨论了网络的拓扑、寻径算法、寻址方案、信息格式和通讯硬件等问题。
In this paper, we introduce the distributed computer system that has been developing and rising with the advent of microprocessors in recent years. This paper mainly introduces and discusses a distributed computer system with tree structure. It has been hailed as an efficient general-purpose computer system constructed by eighties technology and organized by multiple microprocessors in a tree structure. A tree structure called x-tree is used as a research model. Describes the communications network between microprocessors, ie, high-speed, byte-parallel communication links.
