目的 :研究酪立宁胶囊对实验性腹泻小鼠的止泻作用。方法 :利用熊氏抗生素致腹泻的动物模型给BALB/C小鼠灌服氨苄青霉素钠 0 .15g ,bid ,引起腹泻。再予酪立宁胶囊 10 7cfu·mL-1和 10 6cfu·mL-1,bid。对照药米雅片 10 7cfu·mL-1和 10 6cfu·mL-1,bid ,灌胃体积均为 0 .5mL ;空白对照给生理氯化钠溶液 0 .5mL ,灌胃 ,连续3d ,观测给药后小鼠的排便及肠道菌群变化情况。结果 :造型后 10 0 %小鼠出现腹泻。给药d2酪立宁胶囊和米雅片 10 7cfu·mL-1剂量组分别有 87.0 %和 80 %小鼠恢复正常便 ,生理氯化钠溶液组为 5 0 % ,酪酸梭菌在肠道定植。二给药组的乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌活菌数较生理氯化钠溶液组显著增加 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :酪立宁胶囊对实验性腹泻小鼠有明显止泻作用。
Objective: To study the anti-diarrhea effect of Jialining capsules in experimental diarrhea mice. Methods: BALB / C mice were infused with 0 .15 g of bid ampicillin sodium in an animal model of diarrhea caused by antibiotics, to cause diarrhea. Then the cheese Li Ning capsules 10 7cfu · mL-1 and 106cfu · mL-1, bid. The control drug Miya Chang 107cfu · mL-1 and 106cfu · mL-1, bid, gavage volume were 0.5mL; blank control to physiological sodium chloride solution 0.5mL, gavage for 3 consecutive days, to observe Defecation of mice and intestinal flora changes after drug administration. Results: 10 0% mice developed diarrhea after modeling. 87.0% and 80% of the mice in the d 7 and 3 cases of 107gfu · mL-1 dose of dalurian capsule and Mi-nia were returned to normal, while those in the physiological sodium chloride group were 50% and Clostridium butyricum was colonized in the intestine . The viable count of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the two treatment groups was significantly higher than that in physiological sodium chloride solution (P <0.01). Conclusion: Jialinning capsule has obvious anti-diarrhea effect on experimental diarrhea mice.
