坐位体前屈是中小学生体质健康测试内容之一,反映了学生关节、肌肉、韧带的伸展能力。学生柔韧性越好,其关节活动幅度就越大,灵活性越强,继而能更好地发挥其他身体素质,同时降低运动损伤的几率。但是在教学练习中,很多学生都会因为疼痛而不认真练习,听到就发出“啊……”的恐惧声。为了提高坐位体前屈练习的趣味性和练习效果,笔者尝试把当下流行的瑜伽融入到该练习中,经过一学期的教学实践,取得了不错的效果,现按照影响坐位体前屈成绩的肌肉韧带部位划分,将一些练习方法总结如下:江苏王爱娣
