近些年来,我国社会经济建设不断发展,国民经济得到稳步提升,人们的生活质量也越来越高。伴随着人们对生活要求的不断提高,水利、电力的需求量也在与日俱增,水利水电工程作为关系到国计民生的基础性设施,其项目建设也越来越多。因此,如何有效的控制施工质量成了工程建设中的关键。在水利工程施工过程中,必须加强对施工技术的应用,提高施工过程中的质量监控,并建立完善的质量管理体系,严格质量检查制度的自行,同时,还应提高水利施工人员的施工技术水平,及时发现施工中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施,将工程隐患抑制在萌芽阶段,从而保证水利工程施工达到设计规范要求,以水利水电工程造福人类社会的实际作用。本文通过工程实例探讨了水利工程施工各细部分项的质量控制措施,并提出了相应的质量管理方法,以达到水利工程施工的顺利实施。

As the basic infrastructure related to national economy and people’s livelihood, water conservancy and hydropower projects are also being constructed with more and more projects. Therefore, how to effectively control the construction quality has become the key to the construction of the project. In the process of water conservancy project construction, it is necessary to strengthen the application of construction technology, improve the quality control in the construction process, establish a perfect quality management system and strictly enforce the quality inspection system. At the same time, we should also improve the construction technology level of water conservancy construction workers , Found the problems in construction in time, and put forward the corresponding solutions to prevent the project hidden dangers in the embryonic stage, thus ensuring the construction of hydraulic engineering to meet the requirements of the design norms to water conservancy and hydropower engineering to the benefit of human society, the actual role. In this paper, the quality control measures of each sub-item of water conservancy construction are discussed through project examples, and the corresponding quality management methods are put forward to achieve the smooth implementation of water conservancy project construction.
