目的了解噪声对纺织女工心血管机能的影响,加强对纺织女工的健康监护。方法血压测定,收缩压≥140 mm Hg和(或)舒张压≥90 mm Hg者为高血压。心电图测定,以黄宛《临床心电图学》为诊断标准。结果接噪的观察组403人,检出高血压43人,高血压检出率为10.67%,对照组192人,检出高血压11人,检出率为5.73%,二者检出率差异有统计学意义(x2=3.85,P<0.05),观察组中不同工龄段高血压检出率随工龄增长有增高趋势,差异有统计学意义(x2=7.21,P<0.05)。观察组检出心电图异常者84人,总异常率20.84%,对照组心电图异常者19人,总异常率为9.90﹪,差异有统计学意义(x2=10.89,P<0.01),在各种心电图异常中,以窦性心律不齐最多,观察组窦性心律不齐率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x2=8.30,P<0.01)。结论噪声对纺织女工心血管系统存在一定职业危害,以高血压和窦性心律不齐为著且与噪声作业工龄有正相关关系。
Objective To understand the impact of noise on the cardiovascular function of women textile workers and to strengthen the health guardianship of textile women workers. Methods Blood pressure, systolic blood pressure ≥ 140 mm Hg and / or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90 mm Hg were hypertension. ECG determination to Huang Wan “clinical electrocardiography” as the diagnostic criteria. The results of the noise-exposed observation group of 403 people, 43 were detected high blood pressure, hypertension was detected in 10.67%, control group of 192 people, 11 were detected hypertension, the detection rate was 5.73%, the difference was detected (X2 = 3.85, P <0.05). The detection rate of hypertension in different working age groups in the observation group tended to increase with the increase of the length of service. The difference was statistically significant (x2 = 7.21, P <0.05). In the observation group, 84 patients with ECG abnormalities were detected, with a total abnormality rate of 20.84%. There were 19 ECG abnormalities in the control group with a total abnormality rate of 9.90% (x2 = 10.89, P <0.01) Abnormalities, sinus arrhythmia up to the observation group, sinus arrhythmia rate was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (x2 = 8.30, P <0.01). Conclusion Noise has some occupational hazards to the cardiovascular system of women workers. It is related to hypertension and sinus arrhythmia and has a positive correlation with working age of noise.
