目的 研究中子辐射对血清总胆汁酸 (TBA)和葡萄糖 (GLU)的影响。方法 采用二级BALB/C小鼠作为实验动物 ,用中子源对各动物组进行 2 5~ 5 .5Gy的照射。结果 2 5Gy照射组小鼠TBA于照后 6h开始明显升高 ,照后第 14d后逐渐下降。 3 0Gy~ 5 5Gy照射组小鼠TBA均显著高于对照组。在 2 5Gy和 3 0Gy照射组小鼠GLU于照后 12h降低 ,之后又恢复至正常水平。在 5 5Gy照射组小鼠GLU于照后 12h下降 ,在第 2天明显升高 ,与对照组差异有显著性。结论 中子辐射引起血清TBA升高 ;小剂量的中子辐射引起GLU下降 ;大剂量辐射则致使GLU升高
Objective To study the effects of neutron radiation on serum total bile acid (TBA) and glucose (GLU). Methods Twenty BALB / C mice were used as experimental animals and irradiated with 25-5.5Gy of neutron source. Results TBA of 25 Gy irradiation group was significantly increased at 6h after irradiation, and gradually decreased after 14th day of irradiation. The TBA of 3 0Gy ~ 5 5Gy irradiation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. In the 25 Gy and 30 Gy groups, the GLU of mice decreased 12 h after irradiation, and then returned to normal levels. In the 5 5 Gy irradiation group, the GLU decreased 12 h after irradiation and increased significantly on the 2nd day, which was significantly different from the control group. Conclusions Neutron irradiation causes a rise in serum TBA; a small dose of neutron radiation causes a decrease in GLU; and a large dose of radiation causes GLU to increase
