随着旅游事业的发展和汽车工业现代化的要求,我国汽车也有逐渐安装空调设备的趋势。对此国内有些厂家已进行了多年的试制工作〔1〕。压缩机是空调系统的重要设备,国外资料多是所谓“斜盘式压缩机”,属于轴向活塞式类型。本文试图就这种压缩机的运动学分析、主要参数的选择以及活塞力的确定做一简单叙述,以了解这种压缩机的运动受力状况,为仿制和设计此种类型的压缩机打下基础。
With the development of tourism and the requirements of the modernization of the automobile industry, there is also a tendency for our country’s automobiles to gradually install air-conditioning equipment. In this regard, some domestic manufacturers have conducted many years of trial production [1]. Compressor is an important air-conditioning system equipment, foreign materials and more is the so-called “swash plate type compressor”, are of the axial piston type. This article attempts to give a brief account of the kinematic analysis of this compressor, the selection of the main parameters and the determination of the piston force in order to understand the movement stress conditions of such compressors and to lay the foundation for the imitation and design of this type of compressor .
