现有的采煤机摇臂数采系统存在没有针对摇臂振动信号进行监测,系统采样频率低,人机交互性较差等问题。从电牵引采煤机摇臂数据采集及分析的研究意义和背景入手,针对现有系统的不足,重点对摇臂振动信号采集、数据分析处理、嵌入式系统以及总线通信等技术进行了研究。采用基于ARM和DSP的双CPU微处理器结构,并开发了数据采集及分析软件,对系统进行了整体测试,测试表明系统能够实现数据采集、小波分析降噪、文件传输等功能,运行稳定。
The existing coal mining machine rock number mining system there is no vibration signal monitoring for the rocker arm, the system sampling frequency is low, poor man-machine interaction and other issues. Starting from the research significance and background of the data acquisition and analysis of electric traction shearer rocker arm, aiming at the shortcomings of existing systems, the paper focuses on the technology of vibration signal acquisition, data analysis and processing, embedded system and bus communication. The CPU and DSP-based dual-CPU microprocessor architecture is adopted. Data acquisition and analysis software is developed and the system is tested as a whole. The tests show that the system can achieve functions such as data acquisition, wavelet analysis and noise reduction, file transfer, and stable operation.
